RETURNS

You may return products within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a notification email. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products only. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you received a wrong or damaged product. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.
